Returns Policy

Items must be postmarked or received in our Returns Centre within 30-days of original receipt, in its original unworn and unwashed condition with original packaging and tags, to be eligible for refund. It is at our discretion to decide if a returned order is eligible for a refund.The receipt date refers to the date which your order was delivered by AusPost, according to the tracking information provided. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of receipt.

For your convenience, we will send you a pre-paid  shipping label if you are unsatisfied with your product due to incorrect size or fault with the product. To return your package, include the filled-out in your package and drop off your package at your local Australia Post location. Packages returned without the authorised RMA label or arrive via alternative couriers will be refused at our warehouse. Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.​


Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the purchase was originally made. We cannot issue refunds to multiple credit cards or other accounts. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunds during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account.

I live outside Australia, can I still return my order?

Returns from outside of the Australia can be sent via the courier of your choosing.You will be responsible for all shipping costs including any duties or taxes. All duties and taxes must be billed to the customer. If duties and taxes are charged to The Husky Clothing Co, we deem the right to refuse the shipment.
